Walgreens: Get this Gillette Deal!

I wanted to pull this deal out from the list because it is a great donation item – and a great stock-up item.  Plus, most of you have these coupons, and have a Walgreens nearby!  Please let me know if you have ANY trouble/questions with this deal – I’ll be happy to help you!  (See this week’s Walgreens Deals)

Gillette or Old Spice: Buy (3) ~ Get $3 Register Rewards

Buy (3) Gillette deodorants (will be free)
Total = $9.99
Use (3) Buy One Bodywash ~ Get 1 Deodorant FREE from 5/1 Proctor & Gamble
Use (3) $2/1 Gillette Bodywash coupons from 5/15 RedPlum
Pay $4 ~ Get $3 Register Rewards Back
(makes them just $.16 each)

*Gillette products are also Buy One Get One 50% off – so depending on how these BOGO coupons ring, your total may be even cheaper that stated above.

NOTE: Because this deal is so good, and everyone has these coupons – your shelf will likely be EMPTY if you don’t get there early.  You can’t get rainchecks for Register Reward Deals (sadly) – but you can ask when their truck will arrive to restock, and show up right when it does!  I also go to Walgreens.com and do a search on the stores near me – you can find out what they have in-stock just by looking online!

    I just got this deal! My store had the BOG1/2 and also accepted the BOGO coupons. However, one of the $2 coupons (for body wash) would not scan, it kept saying exceeds the limit. I put in a fill item for $0.50, but still would not work. I said, to give me back the one coupon, and I would pay the total.. which ended up being $2.80(with tax). Come to find out the total before tax was $1.49… so the filler item still put me under the $2.00 coupon limit.

    If I would have known I would have used a more expensive filler. I can’t complain… paid $2.80 OFP, received $3.00 RR. However, hope this helps anyone else who can get this offer for an $3.10 overage.

    The Ringgold Walgreens did not want to give the deodorant free on the B1 body wash get 1 deodorant free coupons because they have a sale B1G150% deodorant. They said they were only allowed to deduct the lowest price off (50% price) on the coupon. The cashiers seem to be making up their own rules when it comes to coupons.

    I can’t figure out how to check the availability of the items in the store on walgreens.com.
    Thanks for your help
