In case you need to brush up on your Drugstore Coupon Policies this year – I thought we’d do a quick overview of the policy changes that have been made recently. Here are the main points of the Official Walgreens Coupon Policy:
Coupons:
- You can stack 1 Manufacturer coupon with 1 Walgreens coupon per item.
- If the coupon exceeds the price of the item, the coupon can be adjusted down to the item’s price.
- You can use 2 coupons on a BOGO Sale.
Register Rewards:
- Register Rewards count as a manufacturer coupon – and you may not use more manufacturer coupons than items purchased.
- If you redeem a Register Reward from one item towards buying the same item again – you will not receive another Register Reward.
- Register Rewards will only print during the promotional period – rainchecks will not be eligible for Register Rewards after the promotion is ended.
- Register Rewards cannot be used to buy:
Prescriptions
Tobacco products
Alcoholic beverages
Dairy products
Lottery tickets
Money orders/transfers
Transportation passes
Special event/entertainment tickets or passes
Postage stamps
Gift cards/phone cards/prepaid/Green DotTM cards

Why is the Walgreen’s in Van Buren, Arkansas not letting me BOGO with 2 coupons any more. This was really embarrassing to me with a cart full of free things plus other items. I still got my other items-but it sure was embarrassing. Why are they not following the national coupon policy? Please check into this. My cell number is 479-461-5244. Thank you.
