I tried to do the ACTII deal today at Walgreens and it did not work. The sale price of $.25 worked but not the BOGO. The cashier checked and said that it was because the BOGO stated “Buy one at $.99 and get second free.” Also, she stated that customers who were using the $1 Cepacol coupon to make their Cepacol purchase were not receiving their $1 RR.
