For about the same cost of a few boxes of paper valentines, you can whip up your own Valentine’s Day pencil toppers for friends and teachers. The best part? Valentines Cupcakes with X’s and O’s

It may be a little early to start thinking of Valentine’s Day, but I wanted to give you a heads up before you eat all the red Christmas Candy you’ve been buying!

Here’s a super cute – AND EASY – idea I saw for Valentine Cupcakes over at Martha Stewart!  I bet lots of us have been finding clearance deals on Christmas colored M&M’s or Sixlets – all you need to do is save the red ones in a little Ziploc baggie for Valentines Day!

To this end, I am FORCING my children to eat all the green Sixlets from some clearance candy we got at the Dollar General this week.  They are very broken up about it :)

What else would you use Christmas Candy for?  Leave your ideas in the comments and we’ll possibly feature it in a future post!
