Easy Memorial Day Treats | Fruit-Kabob Flag and “Sparklers”!

Looking for an Easy Memorial Day treat?  Don’t bother heating up the oven to bake something red-white-and-blue  instead  check out these ideas for Fruit Kabobs!  For instance, this cute and yummy flag made of Fruit-Kabobs is easy to put together and makes a nice presentation!

All you’ll need is some bananas, strawberries, blueberries and kabob sticks!  TIP: Aldi’s has their strawberries on sale for $.99 per carton this week where we live in Tennessee!



Or ty these Red, White & Blue Fruit Kabobs or “Sparklers”!   This take on fruit-kabobs is extra fun for the little ones – just alternate blueberries, watermelon and mini-marshmallows on a skewer.  Stick them all into half of a cut watermelon for a cute skewer-holder!

*Actually, you wouldn’t really need to cut the watermelon – you could probably skewer through the rind easily enough :)
