Here at Time 2 $ave we are always looking for ways to save money, and help those in need.  If you’ve been around for any length of time, you know it’s not just about getting a deal for us, we truly want to make a difference in the lives of others.  I was recently introduced to Save1, and was blown away by their passion to make a difference in the world by providing meals for the most needy children.  As I was perusing their website, I read that every day 17,000 children die from the effects of malnutrition.  It’s so hard to wrap my mind around this kind of statistic especially when I look at my two children who are happy, healthy, and fed many times a day.  I take notice when a company makes a commitment to feed hungry children.
.
Wondering how this works?  In a nutshell, Save1 offers deals and coupons to over 5,000 retailers (with more being added) nationwide.  Every time you make a purchase by redeeming one of their offers, your purchase will provide a meal to a hungry child.  The more purchases you make, the more hungry children are fed.  To date, Save1 has provided 96,491 meals.  Wow!

Here’s how it works:
  • Go to Save1 before you shop online.
  • Type in the name of the store you’d like to shop in the search bar, then that store’s current offers, coupon codes, and sales will show.
  • Select the most relevant coupon and click “use this offer.”
  • The stores website will pop up along with instructions as to how to complete your order.
You shop as usual and Save1 provides one meal for a child in need.  Just like their slogan…..Save Money. Save Lives!
