“San The Close” is coming to town! (The flu already did)

Just thought I’d interrupt all the shopping deals we’ve been posting for a quick reminder that apparently “San the Close” is coming soon – and me (Jamey?) and my little elf (Caden) will be waiting for him with flowers in hand!  (Cookies are so overrated….)

Do any of you have any funny Santa-related stories to share?  We could all use a pick-me-up today!  Team Time2Save has been hit hard with the flu-bug this week…..

When my youngest daughter was 6, she asked Santa for a maid to clean her room. Santa cleverly brought her a kid sized mop and broom and wrote her a sweet note that informed her that good little boys and girls on the “Nice List” clean their own rooms! Santa was kind enough to get her a couple of other items oon her list as well! The look on her face was priceless!

    Hi, it’s Kasey (Time 2 $ave) I’ve got two:

    1. Last year my daughter Morgan, (6yrs old then) asked Santa to bring me coupons. So, we put a stack of inserts in my stocking. Morgan was so excited – she kept jumping up and down screaming mamma he listened to me. See, Santa does bring grownups their favorite toy.

    2. This year, my Morgan told me she needed to talk to me. She was very concerned that Santa would not be able to come to our house because mommy stays up very late working. Certainly, it wouldn’t be very kind to keep Santa waiting since it’s such an important night for families everywhere. I assured her that mommy would go to bed and that she had nothing to worry about.

Get well soon Jamie! The dr told me today that I got acute bronchitis and walking pneumonia for an early Christmas gift… :(

Looks like we will all be finding TheraFlu and Nyquil in our stockings this year…
