Here’s a little deal you can do at Publix this week – if your store accepts Walgreens coupons as a competitor! I’ve only advised using 1 Walgreens coupon in the scenario below (even though you are buying 4 candles) because the rule of thumb is usually that you can only use *1* like competitor coupon per transaction. Here’s the deal!
Buy (4) Glade 4 oz Jar Candles @ $2 ea = $8
Use (2) BOGO from the 9/26 SS = $4 (This makes 2 candles free)
Use $1.50/2 PRINT = $2.50 (This deducts from the 2 you’re still paying for)
Stack with (1) $2/2 from the Walgreens October Coupon Booklet = $.50
Pay $.50 for all 4 – or- $0.12 each!
These would be great for tucking into Christmas gift baskets for office coworkers or teacher presents.
This sale will not be on when the 9/26 SS comes out. I believe this is a typo. Also, I could only find $1/2 not $1.50/2.
which zip code did you find the 1.50/2? i can’t seem to find it.
Just to let you know…the Publix in Macon, GA would NOT let me use a walgreen coupon. The customer service rep said they no longer take Wag coupons. I end up spending 2.50 on 4.
