Patio Furniture Clearance Tips & Deals
I’ve been looking for a new patio furniture set – it’s what I really want for my birthday and I’ve been biding my time patiently until they start going on Clearance. RIGHT now is the time to buy! The last week of July is when most stores begin the patio furniture clearance markdowns in earnest. (Yay that my birthday is July 28th!)
Wait too much longer and the selection will have dwindled to only the very expensive sets or the …. weird sets. Here are the best Patio Furniture Clearance & Deals around town right now:
Walmart has several Patio Furniture sets up to 50% OFF + FREE Home Free Shipping. Here’s the one I have my eye on – but check out the entire Patio Furniture Clearance & Rollback section.
Zahara 4-Piece Folding Patio Conversation Set, Seats 4 – $149 (Was $299)
Target has Patio Furniture Clearance in-store up to 50- 70% OFF, but you can order online and get some of the same deals + Free Shipping on select sets! This one looks like a great deal – but check out the entire Patio Furniture Clearance Section.

Home Depot hsa up to 50% OFF Online Clearance right now on select Patio Sets. Many sets are actually 50% Off and while they’re a little pricier, they’re very nice. Plus – shipping is FREE on sets $399 and up! Here’s one of our favorites:
Clairborne 4-Piece Patio Seating Set with Moss Cushions $479 (Reg $799)
Kmart has marked their Patio Sets 30% – 50% OFF and you can get an 10% OFF a $75+ Purchase with code KMART10PSAVING – OR an extra $30 off $300 Patio Purchase with code KODLBMSM (through 8/2 Only) Choose Free Store Pickup to avoid shipping costs. Here’s one of my favorite values – but see all the Kmart Patio Clearance Sets!
LazBoy Outdoor McKenna 7-Pc Dining Set - $599 (Was $1200)
Big Lots may have the best values on Patio Sets – but the deals are only available in store and will probably sell out very quickly! Most sets are 30% – 50% OFF! Check out the Big Lot Patio Sets Here.
If all of these are still above your price range – then it’s time to turn to CraigsList or your local paper (We have a classifieds publication called the Tennessee Trader around here). Look for nice sets and attempt to talk the seller down if you’re game for a little haggling. You can find some fantastic deals this way! My brother recently picked up a $1000+ Set for around $200 on Craigslist – that had me motivated enough to start searching!
