I’m all for creative new ideas for Diabetes-Friendly FREE Recipes! Planning meals can be difficult with a busy schedule. I have found that I get in a rut and start cooking the same meals over and over. When I change up my routine and try out a new recipe it makes cooking more of an adventure instead of one more item on my to do list for the day.
