Have any of you done timeshare vacations to save money in the past?  I know my parents took us to several when I was a kid, that’s how we got our grill, our big cooler, and a few other odds & ends :)  But never a whole vacation!!

  1. Ok we have not done the time share thing but I do go to Vrbo.com to find us
A place to stay when we go on vacation. You rent straight from the owners and when you go through the website you are completely protected and the website is easy to use. we just got back from a week long stay at a resort on the beach. I always use Vrbo when booking our vacations.

  2. We’ve gone on more Time Share tours than I can count. However, it’s totally worth it as long as you’ve got a good “NO button.” We’ve gotten free tickets to Sea World, Disney Land, Dixie Stampede, and Dollywood. We’ve gone on a really cheap trip to Destin, Florida, a free weekend away in a beautiful cabin in Pigen Forge, free restaurant vouchers, free certificats for dining out, and cash.

Yes, we are time share junkies – probably gotten several thousand dollars worth of freebies that have been well worth the 90 minute presentations.

    Blessings,
    Kasey
