For those that couldn’t find the Ivory soap in stock, I went to Walmart to price match but found that their regular price was .97 for the 3-pk there so I didn’t even need to price match. Yeah!

ECB is Extra Care Bucks and its whre they give you money back to spend on your next purchase (in a nutshell). You have to have a CVS ExtraCare card (they are free).
