Happy Mother’s Day Friends! I am reposting from this morning in case you missed this post.
I(Kasey) heard an excerpt from the book, The Invisible Woman, several years ago at a mom’s group at church. Since then, it has become a Mother’s Day tradition to share the excerpt with you. Even though I have read it countless times it always speaks to my heart in such a personal way. So often we give so much of ourselves and wonder if we have made a difference or if anyone notices. On a day like Mother’s Day when we “should” feel most appreciated, many of us may struggle with insecurities in our mind. Today – to every woman out there I want to remind you how important you are, how loved you are by the God of the universe, and how eternally important it is to be a mom.
