My first grader planted these 2 sunflowers from seeds he planted in school for a Mother’s Day present. Now they’re taller than I am and they just started to bloom! Who would’ve thought we could collectively NOT kill this sunflower? We even scorched half the leaves off having a fire a little too close – and yet SUCCESS!!
