I’ve been posting this week about our 24-day healthy eating challenge. It’s been an eye-opening experience for sure, I would have told you that I rarely snacked. However, since during the challenge we are only eating certain kinds of foods I quickly realized how often I would walk through the kitchen and grab a cracker or two or a couple of chips while cooking a meal.
