Kasey here, I’ve posted several times about the AdvoCare 24-Day Challenge. My husband and started our first challenge in March. Since then, we have completely changed how we eat and he has lost 34lbs and 26 inches. Basically, the AdvoCare 24-Day Challenge is a healthy eating lifestyle. It starts with a 10 day cleanse, then continues with the same basic eating plan but adds in incredible supplements during the second phase. Since we basically follow the 24-Day challenge as a lifestyle now, I wanted to start a cleanse before the holidays. You can read our story here.
Last night, I posted the above picture of my groceries on my personal facebook page and had several people ask me if I would post what kinds of foods I was eating, or a meal plan. I understand that changing eating habits can be very daunting so I decided that I would post what we are eating over the next 10 days. I will post AdvoCare recipes as often as I can as well.
