Bi-Lo Finds: Special K Coupon Book, Pop-Tart Blinkie, and 2 Awesome Couponers!

Kasey and I made a late-night Bi-Lo run this week to grab some cheap Kraft cheese, and we found a couple sweet coupons while we were there!  In the cereal aisle – we spotted these Special K Coupon Booklets with several nice coupons inside…

Then Kasey spied a $1/2 Pop-Tarts blinkie machine and snuck up on it like a ninja – it never knew what was coming!

Later, we met two awesome ladies who have just recently begun couponing – meet Shryle and Lesley!  They did a bang-up job of checking with management to see which competitor coupons they were allowed to use.  Do you know that this particular Bi-Lo location allowed them to use Dollar general coupons, Kmart “free item” coupons, Food Lion $3 off $30 coupons, Publix Coupons and even CVS Extra Care Bucks?!?!  Because they got express permission from a manager, they were good to go – and only spent $6 for a whole cart of groceries!  Woo-Hoo ladies!

Note that Bi-Lo has recently updated their coupon policy to name only certain competitors, but it does say that the management has the right to accept or decline any other coupons!

Our trip went pretty well too – I was happy with my cheap Kraft cheese and although Kasey needed to plop down and mull over the whole Kraft catalina deal for a bit :) – she ended up with a sweet deal too!

Tell us how your Bi-Lo trip went this week?  What was your favorite deal?

I found a large box of Gain on clearance at my Bi lo, plus it had 6 one dollar off stickers on it ….made it 3.00. Also, same time were Starbucks coffee for Karig for $9.99 w/6 one dollar off stickers which made it $3.99…..very nice!!!

Mega – this was the one at Ocoee Crossing – and PLEASE don’t quote me on this acceptance policy, as I said, this manager approved it for them, but I don’t think it’s necessarily something that’s written in stone :)
