Amazon has their Crayola 30ct Twistables Colored Pencils on sale for just $5.97 right now, which is the lowest price they’ve ever been at on Amazon! My son had to have these for 7th grade this year – and they were pricier than this at Walmart even during the back-to-school sales!  These have great reviews, and are a great way to use colored pencils for younger kids without the hassle of sharpening.

Finally, if you haven’t checked out Brainquest Products before, we love them.  My oldest son received them from family members a few different times over the years – and it gives the boys something to quiz each other about in the car and when they’re lying in bed at night.   (our favorites are the card stacks priced at $9.56 right now on Amazon, and they really are a fun alternative to playing with electronics while you’re driving around town!
