I love Christmas traditions, especially those full of Christmas wonder and magic. My kids still believe in Santa, and all things related that are holly and jolly including the importance of feeding Santa’s rambunctious elves. The past couple of years, we’ve made reindeer food that we sprinkle in the front yard on Christmas Eve before they head to bed. I’ve included the recipe below in case you’d like to try it!
Ingredients:
Raw Oatmeal (Cause reindeer LOOOVE them some oats….)
Glitter or sprinkles (To sparkle in the moonlight and guide them to your home)
Toss some out on the lawn on Christmas Eve, to give those poor over-worked reindeer something to munch on while Santa’s doing his chimney business.
