25 Days of Christmas Fun: Make Your Own Wrapping Paper!

It’s about that time to start wrapping some presents – especially the ones your kids will take to school for teachers and/or classmates (since they’ll be getting out soon).  If you have a little extra time – use craft paper, newspaper or paper grocery bags to create your own gift wrap for a nice homespun touch!

I saw the idea above for making button-stamped giftwrap on the Martha Stewart site – it’s super cute and modern, and hey, everyone has a few buttons lying around!

I also love the old-fashioned potato stamps – because, again, everyone has a few potatoes lying around :)

Do you make your own giftwrap?  If so – how do you make it cute?
