I sent in my reciete for my proof of purchase of two 42ct Prevacid for the buy two get a check for one in Jan 2012 , never receive a check or coupon for anything. I called the 1800#they said It had to be all on one reciete I purchase them on two secprate reciete because I put one on my charge & one paid cash same day two min apart, they told me sorry can’t do that ,I believe, no were did it state that, they said sorry that’s the way it is .I would never had purchase two 42 ct boxes I am on a fixed income , social security , I WOULD NOT BUY PREVACID AGAIN.
I mailed off this Prevacid rebate only to get it back in the mail a month later stating it was not deliverable – returned to sender. I had all the correct info on it – very frustrated. Don’t know who I can follow up with on it either.
Same thing happen to me I called they said sorry , not a thing they coul do I put both reciete in with bar code proff of punches.on same day ,I put one on my charge an one paid cash ,because I am on a fixed income Social Securty, That is why I did that to get one free,, They told me that is not how it work’s,SORRY I WILL NEVER BUY PREVACID AGAIN THEY DO HAVE OTHER MEDS THAT WORK JUST AS WELL AN OFFER COUPONS !I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE !
